    • ]]>     Jetzt also auch Dell. Schon seit ein paar Tagen machen Gerüchte die Runde, dass Dell ein Android Handy auf den Markt bringt. Und das hat sich jetzt bestätigt – das “Mini 3i” ist ein Android Handset von Dell, das allerdings nur in China vertrieben wird.

    Das Mini 3i hat einen 3,5″ Touchscreen, genau wie das iPhone, allerdings mit 360×640 eine bessere Auflösung. Es gibt eine 3,2 Megapixel Kamera, Bluetooth und ein MicroSD Slot, allerdings kein WLAN und auch kein 3G, jedoch wird ein 3G ähnliche Infrastruktur unterstützt.

    Spannend bleibt, ob Dell weitere (Android) Handsets vertreiben will – bisher ist Dell ja komplett jungfräulich was Handys angeht. Ich warte jetzt nur noch auf eine Ankündigung von IBM im Smartphone Markt mitzumischen – die haben seit 1992 meines Wissen nach nämlich kein Handy mehr entwickelt.
